Legal expertise directly to the public
Bringing down the cost of legal services to the businesses and individuals of the Cotswolds and the surrounding areas.
We are a traditional chambers regulated by the Bar Standards Board. We practice at court and in the community. We do not have an office base to service, and we pass on our lower overheads in our fees policy. All our barristers are authorised to provide legal advice and representation directly to the public ("direct access"), meaning our clients can have specialist legal help without the need to instruct a solicitor too.
Predictable, affordable, transparent charges
Our fees for any piece of work are agreed with you in advance and never exceeded. That is our guarantee. Our barristers have a wealth of experience of legal practice, and will guide you to the best possible outcome.
CotswoldBarristers advice and representation.
In 2004 centuries of tradition were brought to an end when the Bar Council allowed selected barristers to accept instructions directly from the public, without the need to engage a solicitor too, with consequent fee savings.
